CURRENTLY THE CEPOA DUES FOR 2025 ARE:

$600 LOWER CANYON ESTATES

$850 UPPER CANYON ESTATES

DUE ON OR BEFORE JULY 1, 2025

After July 1, 2025, a late fee of $100 shall be charged and the assessment shall bear interest from the date of delinquency at the rate of twelve (12%) percent per annum, and the CEPOA may bring an action of law against the property.
