THE CEPOA DUES FOR 2026 ARE:

$900 UPPER CANYON ESTATES

Annual Special Assessment for all lots at $300

DUE ON OR BEFORE JULY 1, 2026

After July 1, 2026, a late fee of $100 shall be charged and the assessment shall bear interest from the date of delinquency at the rate of twelve (12%) percent per annum, and the CEPOA may bring an action of law against the property.
