THE 2ND PAYMENT OF THE SPECIAL WATER ASSESSMENT WILL BE DUE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2020. IF YOU DID NOT PAY IN FULL IN 2019, THE 2ND $1000 PAYMENT WILL BE DUE THIS YEAR. INVOICES HAVE BEEN SENT. PLEASE REMIT PAYMENT PROMPTLY.

WE WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS OUR SINCERE APPRECIATION TO HENRY THOMPSON FOR HIS MANY YEARS OF SERVICE ON THE CEPOA BOARD AS WELL AS SERVICING AS OUR PRESIDENT FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. WE WELCOME WILL NAEGLE AS OUR NEW PRESIDENT.

Canyon Estates Property Owners,

As your Board, we have scheduled our HOA Annual Meeting.  Because of the un-foreseen Covid-19 that we are experiencing during this time we have decided that the best way to meet is through a virtual Zoom meeting. We understand that this may be a challenge for some of us so if you need assistance with understanding how to download the zoom app etc. please contact a member of the board or if you are like me just ask one of your kids to help you.
